Product description
MPEX Plastic Filler is a high-quality, flexible two-part filler developed for the repair of plastic panels, trims, and bumpers. Its advanced formulation allows it to flex with the substrate, helping to prevent cracking and ensuring long-lasting repairs. The filler offers excellent adhesion to all common automotive plastic types and is easy to shape and sand once cured.
Supplied as a 2-pack system with activator hardener, MPEX Plastic Filler is available in 250 g and 400 g tins, making it suitable for both small repairs and larger applications.

Directions for use
MPEX Plastic Filler is a fast-curing two-part repair putty. Mix 100 parts filler to 2 parts hardener by weight until a uniform paste is achieved, taking care not to introduce air bubbles.
Apply in thin layers, allowing each coat to fully harden and lightly sanding before the next application. At 20 °C, pot life is 3–4 minutes and hardening time is 20–22 minutes. Lower temperatures will significantly increase curing time.

Out of area charge
- The couriers we use to deliver your items do charge extra for some postal locations – (out of area) If the shipping charge at checkout has automatically changed this is because the courier has determined this to be "out of area" Due to the nature of the item, some products cannot be sent through the Royal Mail postal network and therefore must go through a specialist courier. The extra costs are beyond our control and we must therefore charge the rate set by the courier to deliver to an "out of area" postcode.
