      2K professional quality clear lacquer aerosol for a superior crystal clear high gloss protective coating

      PaintNuts 2K lacquer aerosol is developed in conjunction with our colour matched paints. Intended for use over:

      • Pearlescent finishes
      • Metalic finishes
      • Can be used as a protective coating on non metallic paint if required

       

      Easy to activate

      Once the power button has been pressed, the hardener is released into the clear coat lacquer and is ready to use.

      Extra protection for your vehicle's bodywork

      Provides an extremely tough durable crystal clear high gloss anti scratch coat and is UV and petrol resistant.

      To help you to achieve a body shop quality finish.

    • Directions for use

      The surface must be clean, dry, dust and grease free, minimum application temperature 15 degrees

      1. Shake can vigorously until the mixing balls move freely
      2. Prior to coating, remove the red button from the safety cap, turn the spray can 180° and attach to the pin on the base of the aerosol. 
      3. Place the spray can upside down on a solid surface, Press red button with the ball of your hand until a stop is reached.
      4. Shake can vigorously to mix the contents.
      5. Spray to test - Spraying distance approx. 25 cm, 2 - 3 coats, 5 min between each coating.
      6. Turn can upside down and spray until the valve is clean, this prevents the valve from clogging up. 

      Drying Times:
      Drying: Dust dry 10 - 15 min. / 20°C
      Set to touch: 4 h / 20°C
      Fully cured: 24 h / 20°C
      Polishing: 8 - 9 h / 20°C
      Pot-Life: 5 - 6 h

As soon as we receive the required details back we will process your order on the same chosen delivery schedule.

      Out of area charge:

      The couriers we use to deliver your items do charge extra for some "out of area" postal locations. If the shipping charge at checkout has automatically changed this is because the courier has determined this to be "out of area". Due to the nature of the item, some products cannot be sent through the Royal Mail postal network and therefore must go through a specialist courier. The extra costs are beyond our control and we must therefore charge the rate set by the courier to deliver to an "out of area" postcode.

      If your delivery address/post code is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended. Deliveries can not be made to PO Box addresses.

      Delivery to multiple occupancy premises:

      We strongly advise against deliveries to be made to hotels, workplaces or multiple occupancy premises. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel, workplace or multiple occupancy premises are entirely at the risk of the client.
