PaintNuts Fibreglass Body Filler is a heavy-duty automotive repair filler designed for restoring large holes, deep dents, cracks, and damaged areas on vehicle bodywork. Reinforced with fibreglass strands, it provides exceptional strength and durability, making it ideal for creating a solid repair base before applying finishing fillers, primer, and paint.
Its strong, water-resistant formula helps protect repaired areas while providing excellent adhesion to automotive surfaces. Easy to apply and shape, PaintNuts Fibreglass Body Filler is the ideal choice for tackling more demanding body repairs where extra reinforcement and long-lasting performance are required.

Directions for use
Step 1 – Prepare the surface
Make sure the repair area is clean, smooth, and free from dust, grease, or any other contaminants. If needed, sand the surface before applying the filler to improve adhesion and achieve the best repair.Step 2 – Mix the filler
Place the filler onto a clean mixing board and add the supplied hardener. Use approximately one golf-ball-sized amount of filler with two pea-sized amounts of hardener to achieve the correct 50:1 mix ratio. Mix thoroughly for around one minute until the colour and consistency are completely even.Step 3 – Apply the filler
Once mixed, use the filler within 4–5 minutes at 20°C. Apply the filler to the damaged area, working quickly as the mixture will begin to harden faster in warmer conditions.Step 4 – Allow the filler to cure
Leave the filler to harden fully before sanding. At 20°C, the filler can typically be sanded after 20–30 minutes.Step 5 – Finish the repair
Once cured, sand the repaired area smooth and prepare it for any further filling, priming, or painting required. -
